When you place an order with BeemPanel, you automatically accept all the terms listed below, whether you've read them or not.

We can change these terms of service at any time without notice. It's your responsibility to review all terms before placing an order to stay updated on any changes.

You agree to use the BeemPanel website only in a way that complies with all agreements made with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, as outlined in their individual Terms of Service.

BeemPanel's rates can change at any time without notice. Our payment and refund policy will remain in effect even if rates change.

BeemPanel doesn't guarantee specific delivery times for any services. We'll give you our best estimate for when your order will be delivered.

We work hard to deliver exactly what our resellers expect. If needed, we reserve the right to change a service type to complete an order.

BeemPanel is in no way responsible for any account suspensions or content deletions by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

BeemPanel is solely for promoting your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social accounts to boost your "Appearance" and "Activity," depending on the service you've paid for.

We DON'T guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee you'll get the followers you've paid for.

We DON'T guarantee that 100% of the accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded pictures, though we strive for this to be the case.

You agree not to upload any content to the BeemPanel site that includes nudity or any material not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or general social media community.

Private accounts won't receive a refund! Please make sure your account is public before ordering.

Refunds will be credited to your BeemPanel wallet. You can then use this credit to reorder the same service or place a new order if your initial service wasn't delivered.

Once you complete a payment and your wallet is credited, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If your payment isn't added to your wallet, please contact the BeemPanel support team; we'll resolve the issue within 24 hours.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit has been completed or added to your wallet, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the website. We may also remove any followers or likes we've delivered to you or your clients' social media accounts.

If your orders are placed correctly but you don't receive the value for your service (NOTE: Every order has a start count; sometimes the start count can be delayed due to server issues but will definitely be delivered), please contact support if you believe your order is taking too long (this depends on the start count). You'll receive a refund credit to your BeemPanel account if the order is non-deliverable.

Orders for lost or private accounts won't qualify for a refund. Please ensure you confirm every order before placing it. Review our FAQs to learn more about placing orders correctly.

Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to account termination and will be reported to the appropriate authorities for further investigations.

Please don't use more than one service at the same time for the same account: Every order has a start and end count. Using two or more services simultaneously will disrupt these counts, preventing you from receiving the correct number of services paid for.

NOTE: We don't offer refills or refunds if the link is broken, or if the profile is disabled, deleted, deactivated, banned, or if the username is changed.

 * Legal Requirements: BeemPanel may disclose your Personal Data if legally required to do so, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation or respond to requests from law enforcement or government officials regarding investigations or alleged illegal activity (in which case you authorize us to disclose information without subpoenas or warrants), (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of BeemPanel, (iii) act urgently to protect the personal safety of website users or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability, including resolving disputes, investigating problems, or enforcing our customer contracts.
